"Red" pearls are really orange. The silver-plated clasps included with these necklaces are extremely inconsistent. Of the 6 necklaces I got, 2 had completely unusable clasps! On one, the latch will only pop open if I use the edge of a desk or some small tool for pressure. On the other, the latch won't stay shut, but it hardly matters since the two sides of the clasp won't budge and it's therefore impossible to open! I don't know if the Sterling Silver clasps would be more reliable, but getting the silver plated ones is a risk.
