But If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return any item within 7 business days after the receipt of your goods for refund or replacement. This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, special order or pieces that have been modified per customer request. The shipping and handling charges are not-refundable. In addition, Customs duties must be deducted if any Customs dutires happen. When you return any item, please send an e-mail to us firstly to indicate your order/item number, the reason for the return, then you get our return address.
