Our products distributed to all over the world, shipped with UPS (2-5 business days), DHL(2-5 business days), EMS(7-10 business days), Registered Air mail(10-30 business days). These options are available to most countries and can help to bring the jewelry to your destination.
For small and unhurried package, you can choose the last one (air mail), which save your cost on shipping, but the delivery time is not so steady. Note: Our shipping department does not operate on public holidays or force majeure.

Just contact us, we will help you to find what happens first. But hope you can understand that when your package is shipped out, we can't control its exact shipping time, sometimes China Post or air mail company also can't provide more assistance, since it is a long distance from different two country. In most of cases, we need to take more patience to wait more few days. If we are sure that your parcel is lost during delivery, we will reship to you after your agreement.

- About The Issue-"Sign For The Package"
As far as we know, most express companies have different policies in different countries on delivery. Some ask for signature confirmation when deliver, some do not.
If you did not ask for signature confirmation when deliver your package, the carrier has the right to leave the package in letter box or somewhere near your house if there is nobody in, because they usual do like this way, no signature is required, and everyone knows their convention in the country or city. If package lost, it is unable for us to accept your claim based on this case.
So if you have any special request, kindly leave us message when you order since we have no idea about the delivery policy in your country.
