Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping Methods

You can choose one of the shipping methods during the checkout process. There are four main shipping methods to choose for you:

UPS

DHL

The two shipping methods are the fastest available. Shipping times are between 3 - 5 days to all major destinations, and you can track your order's status online. Shipping costs vary with weight and delivery address.

EMS

For some major destinations, there is an option to ship your order by EMS. If your destination qualifies for shipping by EMS, it will automaticaly appear as an option when you chekout. EMS shipping takes a bit longer than UPS, DHL but costs less. Shipping times are between 6 - 10 days to all major destinations, and you also can track your order's status online..

Air Mail/Small Packet

For below 2kg weight, there is an option to ship your order by Air Mail. Shipping times are between 15 - 30 days. Although the delivery time is much longer, the shipping costs are much lower. Forthermore order tracking and shiping insurance are not available within shiping by Air Mail. Please take this into consideration when choosing Air Mail shipping method.

Shipping Costs

International shipping costs are based on a combination of three factors:

The shipping method/carrier chosen

The weight and dimenstions of package

The destination country or region shipped

You can estimate shipping costs for any product item or combination of items:

For one product items - On each product page, click the Shipping Cost button

For combination of items chosen - Choose your favored items via clicking the Add To Cart button

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Before your order is shipped, we have to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. So the Total Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time.

As we have such a wide range or products, processing time differs for different items. For urgent orders, please choose the fastest shipping methods and inform us to process your order in advance.
